Gregor Gall is an affiliate research associate in the School of Law and in the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Glasgow. He is also a visiting professor of industrial relations at the University of Leeds and an honorary professor at the University of Waikato in New Zealand. He previously was professor and research professor of industrial relations at the universities of Stirling, Hertfordshire and Bradford. He has published over 115 papers in refereed journals on matters of industrial relations and labour unions in journals like the British Journal of Industrial Relations, Industrial Law Journal and Economic and Industrial Democracy as well as authored and edited 25 books. His latest edited book is The Handbook on the Politics of Labour, Work and Employment (2019, Edward Elgar). His current research focuses on the union default proposal.
