Eleanor’s research interests encompass the nature of work, employment relations, access to justice and legal consciousness. Eleanor was a member of the WorkOD team from September 2018 until December 2022, undertaking research into a number of topics including human resource management and strategic litigation. Prior to joining the WorkOD project, she was the Ailsa McKay Post-Doctoral Fellow at Glasgow Caledonian University. She is now a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Glasgow.
